These tours will be on the local rivers in East Sussex. Rivers offer the perfect paddle-boarding conditions with flat water and shelter from the wind. River tours are intended for people who already have some basic paddle boarding experience.
Minimum requirement: Basic paddle skills such as; paddling in a straight line and performing basic turns. If you have never given paddle boarding a go, then book onto our 2 HOUR SUP INTRO COURSE.

WHY COME FOR A LESSON?
Stand up paddle-boarding is such a versatile sport and has many different disciplines. It is because of these reasons that it is one of the fastest growing water-sports in the world.

We are very fortunate to have a wide selection stand up paddle-boarding beaches available in the local area.
Our home spot is Pevensey Bay and this is where we will try to run the majority of our lessons from, we also teach and ride on many of the local rivers which provide perfect flat water and shelter from the wind. This way we are able to provide you with the best conditions on the day in order to maximise progression!

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
All paddle-boarding equipment is included in the cost of the course. Including: Board, Paddle, Leash, Buoyancy aid
We do not provide wetsuits and this is something which you will need to bring with you.
Wetsuits are not compulsory for paddle boarding but are advised for your first lessons as you may fall in.
Wetsuits can be purchased directly from our shop on the day of your paddleboard course. We stock a comprehensive range of wetsuits from entry-level all the way through to the leading brands in our industry.
