1. Delivering the highest level of instruction is our utmost priority here at Be-Rad Watersports. Due to the nature of the sports, we specialise in, weather and safety are key elements which need to be considered. 

  2. Be-Rad Watersports will always operate with safety as our priority, we reserve the right to cease activity if safety is compromised at any time.

  3. Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

  4. All lessons are weather dependent, having booked a session the ‘go-ahead’ will be given by phone, SMS or email one day before a course is scheduled to begin, based on the weather forecast.

  5. If the forecast is uncertain ‘students’ will be notified that we’ll make dynamic decisions on the day of activity.

  6. If the weather forecast is deemed too unsuitable for a productive session we will cancel the lesson and offer alternative dates for rescheduling, alternatively a credit note.

  7. Should a pre-booked course be cancelled from our end due to adverse weather or operational issues we will offer an alternative date or a credit note

  8. Courses started, but unfinished due to changing weather will be offered remaining ‘lost time’ as a credit.

  9. Cancellations from the customer should be made three days before the lesson date, to be offered an alternative date or a credit.

  10. cancellations made 72hrs prior to a course will incur a 25% fee.

  11. cancellations made 24hrs prior to a course will incur a 50% fee.

  12. ‘no shows’ or cancellations on the day of a course will not be offered a refund nor rescheduled.

  13. Credit notes issued will be valid for twelve months.

  14. Refunds on bookings made online will be processed through the same software, this can take up to seven days to complete.

  15. ‘Students’ should arrive at least fifteen minutes early for their training. Whilst we will try to be flexible, we cannot guarantee to make up lost time due to customer lateness.

  16. We reserve the right to deny or cancel SUP rental at any time.

  17. Persons not being responsible for themselves, others or the equipment, will be issued warnings. If undesirable behaviour continues we may cancel hire with no refund at any time.

  18. Be-Rad Watersports and our staff operate within our recognised/governing bodies, alongside our own risk assessments and procedures, carrying full third party liability insurance cover. Our decisions on safety and activity will be made following their rules and guidelines.

  19. Participants of the sports must be aware of the potential dangers, notify us of any relevant medical considerations and participate in the sports entirely at their own risk.

  20. Persons unable to swim will not be permitted to kitesurf, they may be permitted to SUP under the correct supervision with the appropriate equipment, on an appropriate day.

  21. Any students under the age of 18 years old must be supervised by a parent/legal guardian for the duration of their lesson.

  22. All students grant permission to Be-Rad Watersports to take and post photos during kitesurf and SUP lessons on social media and internet platforms.

  23. When buying an item or service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item or service listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item or service when you commit to buy an item or service and you complete the check-out payment process.

  24. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.



  1. If Be-Rad Watersports equipment is damaged during the course of a lesson by a student. The student will only be charged the cost of repair to the kite, bar/lines, board, etc.

  2. Damage or loss to Be-Rad Watersports equipment caused by negligence, malicious acts or carelessness must be paid for at the time at current replacement value.



  1. Our lesson vouchers are valid for twelve months for the service described and person issued to. The service or ownership may gladly be changed with written notice.

  2. We aim to keep availability for voucher holders, but can’t prioritise them over a new booking.

  3. We cannot offer a refund on any vouchers purchased or expired.

  4. We request cancellations no later than three days before a session. Cancellations received after this will be treated as per general booking ts & cs
