Who’s This Trip For:

This trip is a great opportunity to master your wing foiling skills in a user friendly location with consistent winds. The clinic is open to a wide variety of levels. Whether you’re riding on the surface and trying to master your first foiling flights, or if you’re looking to master your foiling foot changes, foiling gybes,/tacks, 360’s etc. Whatever your level this trip is for you!

Why Come With Us To Dakhla:

Dakhla, Morocco, situated in the heart of the Western Sahara, is without doubt a wing foil mecca! Here you’ll find a vast lagoon, shallow in some spots and deeper in others. It’s a great place for improving your foiling skills. There are a variety of spots offering everything from butter flat water, to chop, and even wave spots on the outside of the lagoon. The wind stats are fantastic for March and this is a great time to visit, avoiding the mass crowds in the middle of summer. It’s a very user friendly spot, should you drift downwind, you can simply walk upwind along the perimeter of the lagoon.

Accommodation:

The price is based on a shared bungalow between two people. Each bungalow is a twin room with two single beds, en suite with toilet, shower and basin, plus daily housekeeping services. It is possible to upgrade to a single occupancy room for an addition charge. Please enquire for details should you wish. Bear in mind, it is a wing foil holiday after-all, meaning you’ll spend very little time in the room. The majority of the time will be spent on the water or at the beach bar! Plus, there are plenty of cool hang out spots within the hotel complex allowing you to get some peace and quiet should you want some down time or work time. From previous trips, we found the WIFI to be great. The bungalows are situated directly at the spot and offer a unique experience. You’ll sleep surrounded by huge sand dunes, under a clear sky full of stars and wake up a few meters away from the water.

Food:

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all included (Full board) meaning all costs are covered, you’ll be provided with a great spread of fresh and healthy food on a daily basis in their newly renovated restaurant and bar.

Travel Information:

Return flights from London Gatwick to Dakhla cost about £400 with Royal Air Maroc. The flights are amazing value for money. They include a 23kg hold bag, a 23kg board bag, and a 10kg hand luggage! So no need to add any bags when booking your flights! Plus you get a meal and drink included on each leg of the flight. You don’t need to select seats as this is an additional cost. Once your trip deposit has been received we’ll send through the flight details so you can match them when booking your flight. Ensure you book a flight from Gatwick to Dakhla, this will automatically split the flights into two legs. They offer a number of flights, and some have extremely long layovers, so don’t get caught out on this. We all need to arrive together. Website: www.royalairmaroc.com

Wingfoil Equipment:

• Should you require any wing equipment such as board bags, wings, foils etc, get in touch as we can order these in for you

• Recommended wing sizes 3.5m, 4m, 5m, 6m

• If you have all these wing sizes available, bring them or at least check the forecast the day before we travel. It’s better to have the kit with you rather than sitting at home

• You can rent wing equipment from Dakhla Attitude, on a half day or day rate if required

How To Reserve Your Space:

To reserve your space on this trip, email info@be-rad.co.uk confirming you’d like to join our 2025 trip. There are only a handful of spaces available. Spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis. We’ll reply with a booking invoice. A deposit of £500 will be taken to secure your place. Please be aware the deposit is non refundable unless we are able to find a replacement to fill your space.

Coaching Included:

Prior to departure, you will be emailed a goal sheet to complete. As your coach, Brad will create a personalised route to develop your wing foiling based on your current level and what you wish to achieve by the end of the week. Each morning we’ll conduct the video analysis sessions as a group. There will also be a number of group land based lessons that we’ll fit around the wind. When it’s time to hit the water, we’ll be splitting you into pairs to create a buddy system. You will be paired with another rider of a similar ability. You’ll be given individual goals to work on and Brad’s timewill be spread between the pairs offering personalised coaching. The group coaching will last for 4 hours per day or until people are knackered! We will ride on the spacious lagoon outside the bungalows or at the speed spot a tiny tractor drive away. The aim of this trip is to give you a serious element of one to one attention and then leave you space to absorb, free ride and practise the techniques suggested.

Additional Tuition & Excursions:

• We may plan a few speed spot sessions. These excursions are organised by Dakhla Attitude wing and therefore incur a small additional fee. These are optional (Minimum level required)
