Information About Paddleboard Rental

WHATS COVERED IN THIS COURSE?

No prior SUP experience is required to rent from us.
However, we strongly recommend that you have a lesson with us first. Check out our Beginner Paddleboard Group Lesson for just £45.
All equipment is provided: Board, paddle, leash, flotation device included per board rented.
Want to try using a different size/shape of board before you buy your own? We have a full range of different boards available for rental (Hardboards and inflatables).
Why not rent a board after your lesson to master the skills you learnt.
The minimum age for SUP rental is 10 years old.
All participants under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

Wetsuit (Compulsory for kitesurf and wingfoil) (Highly recommended for SUP)
Wetsuit shoes (Highly Recommended) to protect your feet from sharp shells and weever fish
If you haven't got your own wetsuit or wetsuit shoes don't panic.
Wetsuits and wetsuit shoes can be purchased from our online shop and shipped directly to your home address.
Wetsuits and wetsuit shoes can also be purchase on the day of your activity from our Pevensey bay shop.
If you're not ready to commit to purchasing a wetsuit, don't stress! We have a great range of rental wetsuits that you can hire for your lesson or for a full day on the beach!

WHERE WILL WE MEET?

Pick up your board from the Be-Rad Watersports shop in Pevensey Bay BN24 6AU.
This is where you will meet and greet our team and sign in.
Please ensure you bring your driving license. We require this as a deposit while you rent from us.
Pop into our Pevensey Bay shop first, if you need to purchase any items that can maximise your fun on the water (waterproof phone cases, swimsuits, wetsuits, suncream etc...)
Paddleboarding is a weather dependant sport meaning that in certain weather conditions we are unable to offer paddleboard rentals.
If the weather is unsuitable to conduct a productive rental, we will reschedule the rental for another day. You will be issued with a credit voucher.
